An icon is a small devotional image for the purpose of accompanying prayer. 


This class is for anyone interested in copying a classical icon with pen and colored pencils, and learning more about an art form that has fashioned Western culture. You will leave class with a finished piece you can use or frame. Beginner or intermediate(Some drawing experience recommended). 


Material is provided. References will be from Christian iconography. You are welcome to bring your own.
